Say Hi to: Mozilla Firefox Developer Edition

For those web developers (like me) who use Firefox for more than just browsing; The Mozilla Foundation has released a version of its browser for developers called Mozilla Firefox Developer Edition.

Before, there was already a browser called Aurora created by Mozilla but apparently they want to focus their browser brand on just Firefox.

This has coincided with the celebration of Mozilla’s 10 years. If you were waiting for a revolutionary new browser, forget it. Basically it’s Firefox with a new dark theme and square tabs. Includes all Mozilla development tools that were previously only available as add-ons, including the Firefox Tools Adapter (now called “Valence”) for debugging in Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS, WebIDE for app development web in the browser and easy ways to get to the development tools and it is already included by default in the browser.
